Not only will you be able to rate and review products, and avail members-only coupons/offers, but also you can accumulate Reward Points and obtain discounts on future purchases.
  • Step 2: Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag. You can view items in your cart by clicking on the shopping bag or “View Cart” button in the top right corner of the page
  • Step 3: Either you can continue adding products to your shopping bag or click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next steps.
  • Step 4: You can then use any valid coupon codes (if you have) by applying beside the empty space of “Apply coupon” to receive a discount on your order. Once you are done, click on “Proceed to checkout” for the next steps.
  • Step 5: Click on “Apply discount” to redeem your reward points to get a discount on your order. You can see your redeemable points here.
  • Step 6: Provide us with your name, billing address, phone no, email address and select your desired payment method. Check the terms & conditions* box. Finally, click on “place order” to go ahead.

I mistakenly placed order for a wrong item/ wrong quantity

Don’t panic! All cash on delivery orders are confirmed via phone call from our customer support team. When an Asteria representative calls you at the number provided by you during checkout you can inform him/her about the changes you wish to make. Alternatively, you can cancel your mistakenly placed order and make a new one.

You can request for order cancellation by clicking on the ‘Cancel request’ button from My account> Order menu for any order those are ‘pending payment’ or ‘processing’. Cancellations are not applicable to orders already ‘awaiting shipment’/’shipped’ or ‘completed’.

Unfortunately if your order had been shipped this facility will no longer be available.

How can I make an Asteriabd.com account?

How can I confirm my order is placed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will come on to a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, listing of the item(s) you have ordered and delivery details. Additionally, you will receive an Email confirming your order. You can also visit the ‘ Orders’ under ‘My account’ section on the website to check the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order? How?

You can request for order cancellation by clicking on the ‘Cancel request’ button from My account> Order menu for any order those are ‘pending payment’ or ‘processing’. Cancellations are not applicable to orders already ‘awaiting shipment’/’shipped’ or ‘completed’.

My product is not matching the shade I expected

We try our best to provide images of color sensitive products as close (and real) to original within image capturing capacity. Different computer screens, operating systems, and even different web browsers have different color characteristics, so it’s just about impossible to get a given color to look the same on every screen. Unfortunately product cannot be returned/ replaced or refunded for such occasions.

How much do deliveries cost?

There is a BDT 80 delivery fee if the order delivery address is inside Dhaka city. If the order delivery address is outside Dhaka city we charge BDT 120 delivery fee.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays)

  • • Though, we keep most of our catalog in our inventory, certain products need to be manufactured freshly so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • • While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, sometimes product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
  • • If you are ordering our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
  • • 95% of all inside Dhaka orders are completed within 48 hours from order confirmation date.
  • • Most of Dhaka suburb orders are completed within 5 working days from order confirmation date.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • • Inside Dhaka city shipping charges – A flat rate of BDT 80 charge is applied to all orders.
  • • Dhaka suburbs shipping charges- A flat rate of BDT 120 will be charged for all orders. Areas include- Savar, Demra, Dhamrai, Dohar, Keraniganj, Nawabganj
  • • Outside Dhaka shipping charges – A flat rate of BDT 120 will be charged for all orders. Includes all other districts in Bangladesh except Dhaka.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in non woven bags and/or boxes, and/or covering in layers of bubble wrap. Fragile items like glass bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. Liquid items are sealed with vacuum sealer and/or tape.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

How does the delivery process work?

  • • Once our system accepts your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

If I am not satisfied with quality of product can I get a refund/ replacement?

Unfortunately, our return policy does not cover ‘Not as expected’ cases.

Unlike other categories of fashion, beauty products are nonreturnable due to hygiene issues. We hope you understand the quandary we would be in if we allowed it to happen.
